Pillows characterized by a polyester flap that surrounds an insert, usually made of foam, to support the head in the correct position during sleep. Different types of inserts are available: anatomical, cervical or ergonomic. Each insert provides a comfortable but different rest depending on the needs and the type of pressure exerted by the weight of the head.
